All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, NSW location within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Australian Shipping
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post for orders over $100. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- NSW, ACT: 2-4 business days
- VIC, QLD, SA, TAS: 3-6 business days
- WA, NT: 5-8 business days
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery typically 1-3 business days nationwide.
All Australian orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries at checkout. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to Australia Post or another carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch (Australian orders) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at info@watchcase.com.au and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
